Terms & Conditions
- Timing and mileage will be counted from garage to garage. Mandate Instructions for user is to write/Ensure reporting time, KMs and releasing time and km in his/her own hand writing on duty slip to avoid disputes later. Whatever comes to office post user’s signature shall be charged accordingly and to be paid.
- Duty for more than four hours will be treated as full day duty i.e. 80 KMs/8 Hours.
- All interstate taxes, toll taxes, parking will be charged extra as per actual receipts wherever applicable in case package cost is not provided and vehicle is requested on basic tariff.
- Local night retention will be charged between 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs as mentioned in out station / local column.
- We will not be responsible for any loss of man power due to any technical failure of vehicle/loss of third party, all vehicles are comprehensively insured, and the same may be claimed from insurance company. Nor we shall be responsible for Cell Phone network issues.
- GST will be charged extra as per prevailing Govt. of India’s notification. Presently it is 5% & 12%
- Payment should be made within 15 days of presentation of bills.
- Incase of any cancellation, cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy terms.
- Tariff is subject to change view hike in fuel or taxes prices with mutual understanding.
- News Paper, Mineral Water and Tissue box are standard amenities
